Staffly is an AI-powered hiring execution platform that connects employers with verified U.S. talent. We provide tools for job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring workflow management.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Scrape, copy, or republish platform content without permission
5. Employer Responsibilities
Employers using Staffly are responsible for ensuring their job postings and hiring practices comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations, including equal opportunity employment laws.
6. Candidate Data
Candidate profiles and resumes submitted through the platform are shared with employers only for legitimate hiring purposes. Employers may not use candidate data for any other purpose.
7. Fees and Payment
Certain features of Staffly require payment. All fees are described in our pricing section and are subject to change with notice. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
8. Intellectual Property
All content and technology on the Staffly platform is owned by TecHobbit or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform content without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
TecHobbit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
